Takeaways:
This project opened my eyes to the entire UX process. Across courses, I dove into the foundations of UX design, empathy, defining problems, ideation, wire-framing / prototyping, usability testing, design systems, visual elements and design principles.
UX research taught me how to create a proper study plan. This organized document keeps goals centered, keeps record of prompts, tentative KPI's to measure, and overall provides a solid methodology to obtaining feedback from target users and identifying pain points and opportunities.
