Takeaways:
My biggest takeaway from this project was practicing design thinking and conceptualization outside of a studio setting. I approached a brand I knew very little about, employed research techniques and creative methods to extract as much information as I could, and then utilized insights to develop a strategy for improvement.
Working with non-design people in a creative mode allowed me to press play on the leadership skills I have been building, learn how to explain facilitation methods to those outside of the design world, and generate ideas in collaboration with people from different backgrounds.
